The event will take place on Saturday 10 March 2018, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. The event is open to the public. The American Medical Breast Center is hosting its first women’s information and enlightenment event on Saturday, March 10, 2018, from 9:30am to 12:30pm, entitled “You ask and we answer, guide, inform!” The aim of the event is to enlighten and resolve questions and issues of concern to women that arise through the process of breast cancer progression and through prevention programs.
The event is the starting point of a series of meetings and symposia that will take place at the innovative AMC Breast Center, aiming to develop relationships and contact with the public, as well as the scientific expansion of knowledge through meetings of Health Officers.
During the event, which is open to the public and can be attended by patients, as well as relatives and friends of patients, a team of experts including genetic counsellors, psychologists, breast surgeons, breast plastic surgeons, oncologists and radiologists will answer questions and provide clarification on prevention, diagnosis, treatment of the disease, surgical treatment and rehabilitation, oncological treatment, psychological support and genetic guidance .
